Work started the day my car arrived at Arden TW and replacement parts ordered (I received a call to confirm). A further call next day to confirm parts had arrived and the car would be available to collect that afternoon. All completed under warranty.

Very satisfied with the service provided within the BMW centre and an online when the centre closed due to government regs. I was kept up to date with all documentation which was dealt with very efficiently online. Click & Collect worked very well.
