As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide a professional and knowledgeable telephonic first point of contact for our Arden Group. You will be aware of the Service Department Targets and KPIs as set annually, and assist in achieving them, whilst being a Brand Ambassador in all interactions and communications.
You will have excellent proven customer service and administrative abilities, along with outstanding organisation and communication skills. With excellent attention to detail, you will be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as operate well both in a team environment and under your own initiative.
