I was kept fully informed by Steve as to the progress of my car and to the areas of concern on the health check. When I finally could collect my car, he happily replaced a wheel nut that was missing. A refreshing end.

I was able to see the MoT bay from where I sat - the technician was very through, so I was very pleased to get a clean bill of health. In the event the bill for other work ended up slightly less than anticipated, always a bonus.
I can't speak more highly of the staff on the service desk (specifically the two Steve's both having been at this site for a long time) they listen to all the issues raised, give clear understanding of costs and follow up with phone call on progress

Service was correctly delivered with all Necessary work carried out
Would have been 'completely satisfied' but for my on-line service booking not being transferred to the garage service centre. Nevertheless, service staff at the garage undertook the service anyway.

Work on the day took slightly longer than expected due to a shortage of technicians, however, was regularly updated on progress as I waited for work to be completed. Thanks to Steve Brand for his attention and help.

Very helpful rep on the service desk managed get my car fixed ahead of schedule after it broke down. I needed it urgently to get back home in Scotland.

BMW centre is clean tidy modern and welcoming, parts helped me buy accessories for installation prior to collection that was seemless (not a great deal of accessories available for the z4 but I understand why)
Kept up to date by Cassidy and made sure it was smooth
Just a shame the car didn't have a reversing camera
