As well as the routine brake fluid service, I requested a check on the a/c system, I was advised the likely duration of the work and kept informed of progress in a timely manner.
It's the team here that look after us. Manager through to service who never over quote & tell you how long you can leave work for. They helped with a rental car last year too. Service team, Cassidy & Clare, Mini are the reasons I return.they care.
Service carried out promptly and on Saturday morning. Friendly service team. All questions answered quickly.

Contacted me in advance of MOT test to advise of most appropriate arrival time and then went to great lengths to ensure I was aware that vehicle was ready for collection.
The service was much better than previous visits and my car was ready on time.

I was kept fully informed by Steve as to the progress of my car and to the areas of concern on the health check. When I finally could collect my car, he happily replaced a wheel nut that was missing. A refreshing end.

I have found the service staff very helpful.
I was able to see the MoT bay from where I sat - the technician was very through, so I was very pleased to get a clean bill of health. In the event the bill for other work ended up slightly less than anticipated, always a bonus.
I can't speak more highly of the staff on the service desk (specifically the two Steve's both having been at this site for a long time) they listen to all the issues raised, give clear understanding of costs and follow up with phone call on progress
