Easily booked in, and resolved my software issue first time. A very smooth and painless experience. A very friendly lady on main reception, and Service Reception staff gave good service by phone.

I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't washed if only on the outside due to COVID restrictions but it's not a major gripe just a niggle

I think that BMW TW did everything they possibly could to make the customer experience as smooth as possible within the restrictions of the current C-19 guidelines.

Nadia was always helpful and went beyond by fulfilling my request for additional external black trim, sourcing and fitting the parts. Collecting the car, it was immaculate and presented under a cover adding to the experience
