I think that BMW TW did everything they possibly could to make the customer experience as smooth as possible within the restrictions of the current C-19 guidelines.
Did what was needed. Only negative is that cars are not being washed on return at the moment.

Due to Covid-19 the restrictions & The dealership being in a higher tier than my local area and all of that. But to be fair very helpful & very professional.
The experience was completely different to normal because of Covid restrictions, but the staff still did everything possible to ensure everything went smoothly
Very satisfied with the service provided within the BMW centre and an online when the centre closed due to government regs. I was kept up to date with all documentation which was dealt with very efficiently online. Click & Collect worked very well.
